The stars hid themselves in the cloudy dusk sky,
As I finished saying all that I had to say.
Perhaps you didn't pay any heed -
Maybe that's why you could bid farewell so easily!
I recalled the last time I had tried reading your eyes

The darkness of dusk had effectively veiled my mute pain then!
