Though there are many possible moves white can play that will leave him with a clear material advantage and an eventual victory, can you look past all the distraction and find a forced sequence leading to a quick mate?

You're on the right track .. but not quite there .. after 2. Qg6, black can play gxh6 .. of course, black loses his queen for free due to that .. but the chances of a quick mate would have disappeared!!

1.Qg6 Qxg6(pawns can't capture as then mate in 1 or 2 moves)
